Information collected
When you submit a project or service request, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, business, goals, timeline, and message. Do not submit medical records, laboratory results, Social Security numbers, payment information, or other sensitive personal information through the website form.
Second Brain chat
The public chat is designed for general education and source-grounded answers. The website does not intentionally retain chat transcripts in its lead database or browser storage. Users must apply the minimum-necessary principle and should not submit direct identifiers, medical records, laboratory reports, insurance identifiers, financial account information, or other sensitive information. Chat processing remains disabled until the AWS Business Associate Addendum, approved AWS account and Region, access controls, logging review, security risk analysis, and deployment approval have been confirmed.
If you explicitly choose to create a session summary, it is generated from broad topic labels in this page’s temporary memory. It does not copy your messages and is not sent to the server, analytics, advertising platforms, CRM, Stripe, booking forms, or browser storage. Discarding the summary, closing the chat, reloading, or leaving the page removes it.
The chat may display an optional coaching invitation based on general language such as asking to schedule, work together, seek accountability, or take a next step. This calculation remains in temporary page memory. Diagnoses, symptoms, disability, laboratory details, financial hardship, and other sensitive information are not scoring signals. Chat text, summaries, intent scores, and sensitive details are never appended to booking links.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate and respond to your request, route it to the appropriate service, improve the website, and maintain business records. It is not sold as a standalone list. Service providers may process information when needed to host the site, manage inquiries, schedule meetings, or send communications.
Optional marketing measurement
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Conversions API are not used as repositories for protected health information. Google does not offer a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement for Google Analytics, and Meta prohibits health and financial information in Business Tool Data. These services therefore receive nothing unless you first allow optional measurement.
When allowed, an AWS-hosted gateway accepts only three pre-approved technology-consulting events: exploring AI services, requesting an AI build brief, and opening the public GitHub portfolio. It rejects extra fields and does not transmit page URLs, IP addresses, browser identifiers, names, email addresses, form values, chat messages, appointment activity, health coaching, supplements, laboratory interest, insurance interest, financial information, or user-entered text. The temporary event identifier resets when the page session ends. Your choice is retained in local browser storage and can be reset by clearing this site’s browser data.
Wellness and laboratory information
Website content is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Laboratory access, ordering authorization, eligibility, and follow-up requirements vary by test and jurisdiction.
Fullscript relationship
Health 2 Wealth Coaches partners with Fullscript to provide supplements and other products through an online dispensary. Similar products may be available elsewhere. Fullscript is selected for quality and convenience, and Health 2 Wealth Coaches may benefit from purchases made through the dispensary. Purchases are subject to Fullscript’s own terms and privacy practices.
Insurance and financial protection
Insurance products are offered only through producers who are licensed and appointed where required. Product availability, eligibility, features, costs, and carrier approval vary. Website information is general education, not a quote, guarantee, investment advice, tax advice, or an offer to issue coverage. No insurance coverage is effective unless and until issued by the applicable carrier.
Technology services
Technology consulting and software development are separate from wellness, laboratory, and insurance services. No client, employer, or partner-owned intellectual property is displayed or offered through this site without authorization.
Contact and choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete inquiry information by using the contact form and stating “privacy request” in your message. Records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Optional measurement should remain disabled until counsel confirms which site interactions are outside HIPAA-regulated healthcare activity.
